質量管理安全管理成本管理全面質量管理體系服裝/紡織/皮革紡織業(yè)/服飾產(chǎn)品加工制造
崗位職責：
1.全面主持工廠管理工作，落實總公司關于工廠的各項決策及精神，建立和完善各項管理體系，包括生產(chǎn)進度，產(chǎn)品品質，物流等各項生產(chǎn)流程，提高生產(chǎn)效率，以確保按時完成客戶訂單。
2.制定生產(chǎn)管理規(guī)劃，對各項工序、工藝、做出持續(xù)改進和優(yōu)化，監(jiān)督各環(huán)節(jié)的實施、執(zhí)行及及時進行評估反饋。
3.負責工廠內部產(chǎn)能分析，日常設備維護及保養(yǎng)。及時溝通協(xié)調，提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低運營成本，保證均衡生產(chǎn)，滿足長期發(fā)展的需要。
4.肩負工廠安全生產(chǎn)責任，排查隱患，嚴重執(zhí)行安全、文明生產(chǎn)規(guī)范，遵守勞動及工藝紀律和操作規(guī)程，按圖樣，按工藝，按標準保質保量。
5.規(guī)劃擬定工廠人員編制，并報公司批準，確保整個工廠人員有技能和經(jīng)驗，理解并遵守生產(chǎn)規(guī)定及方法。提交各項工作報告，整理各項數(shù)據(jù)，控制運營成本。

任職要求：
1. 擁有相關服裝/紡織生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)驗10年及以上。
2. 具備優(yōu)秀的團隊管理能力、協(xié)調溝通能力，熟悉各服裝生產(chǎn)工序及流程。
3. 熟練生產(chǎn)設備，了解行業(yè)動態(tài)，做事認真，會使用相關辦公軟件，了解國家相關法律，熟練掌握預算分析。
4. 具備現(xiàn)場解決問題和決策能力，注重細節(jié)，具有創(chuàng)新精神。
