Role and responsibilities
1、Digital & Strategic Project Support and Coordination:
-Assist CDO in driving corporate-level initiatives through information collection, analysis, and reporting, which includes assisting CDO to drive and oversee digital transformation project progress, tracking milestones, identifying risks, and facilitating cross-team alignment.
-Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and project dashboards to support the CDO’s decision-making.
-Support the planning and execution of digital-related events, workshops, or large-scale cross-functional meetings (e.g., Digital Day, vendor workshops, internal showcases).
-Monitor manufacturing industry trends, regulatory changes and relevant digital technology & application trends to support decision-making.
2、Administrative Support & Calendar Management:
-Coordinate the CDO’s schedule (meetings, business trips, events) with clear prioritization and efficiency.
-Prepare bilingual (CN/EN) executive meeting materials, meeting minutes, and follow up with action items.
-Facilitate cross-departmental and cross-time zone collaboration, maintaining good relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensure smooth communication and alignment with them.
3、Information Management & Confidentiality:
-Maintain strict confidentiality of executive-level documents and communication.
-Build and maintain efficient information workflows, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for Business Administration, Public Administration, English, or related fields.
2、3+ years as an executive assistant, PMO assistant, or cross-functional project support in multinational team; experience in digital/IT/manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
3、Full proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
4、Advanced MS Office skills (especially PPT/Excel), experience with data analysis, BI tools or project management tools preferred.
5、Outstanding organizational ability, time management skills, and capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
