崗位職責(zé) / Job Responsibilities:

Identify, translate, and manage internal/external quality requirements; lead the development and maintenance of Control Plans, Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP), and quality standards.
2、 新項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證 / New Project Quality Assurance (APQP)
參與新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)全流程（APQP），負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量先期策劃與驗(yàn)證，主導(dǎo)解決試產(chǎn)及量產(chǎn)初期的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)（良率、FTT）達(dá)成。
Participate in the full Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process; responsible for quality planning and validation, leading the resolution of quality issues during trial and initial mass production to achieve project quality targets.
3、 過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制與改進(jìn) / Process Quality Control & Improvement
主導(dǎo)制程質(zhì)量異常的處理、根本原因分析及糾正預(yù)防措施的制定與跟蹤驗(yàn)證，確保問(wèn)題有效閉環(huán)，并推動(dòng)持續(xù)改進(jìn)以降低PPM。
Lead process quality deviation handling, root cause analysis, implementation/tracking of corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effective closure and drive continuous improvement to reduce PPM.
4、 測(cè)量系統(tǒng)管理 / Measurement Systems Management
協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源，主導(dǎo)或參與測(cè)量方法（如 GD&T）的對(duì)標(biāo)與統(tǒng)一，策劃并完成測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析（MSA/GRR）及相關(guān)性驗(yàn)證。
Coordinate internal/external resources to lead/participate in alignment of measurement methods; plan and execute Measurement System Analysis (MSA/GRR) and correlation studies.
5、 檢具與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理 / Gauge & Standard Management
統(tǒng)籌檢具、量具的方案評(píng)審、驗(yàn)收、校準(zhǔn)與維護(hù)管理，確保其適用性與有效性，支持檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范的落地執(zhí)行。
Oversee gauge/fixture design review, acceptance, calibration, and maintenance to ensure suitability and effectiveness, supporting the implementation of inspection standards.

任職要求 / Qualifications:
1、 教育背景與經(jīng)驗(yàn) / Education & Experience
l 本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科專(zhuān)業(yè)（機(jī)械、材料、車(chē)輛工程等優(yōu)先）。
Bachelor's degree or above in Science/Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Automotive Engineering preferred).
l 3年以上制造業(yè)質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉IATF 16949質(zhì)量管理體系；具備汽車(chē)零部件、儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)或數(shù)據(jù)中心液冷管路行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, familiar with IATF 16949; experience in automotive parts, energy storage systems, or data center liquid cooling pipelines is a plus.

2、 專(zhuān)業(yè)技能 / Professional Skills
l 熟練運(yùn)用QC七大工具、5Why、8D等質(zhì)量分析工具；具備統(tǒng)計(jì)過(guò)程控制（SPC）基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Proficient in quality tools (QC7, 5Why, 8D); knowledge/experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) is preferred.
l 理解GD&T圖紙要求，熟悉APQP、PPAP等汽車(chē)行業(yè)核心質(zhì)量流程。
Understands GD&T drawing requirements, familiar with core automotive quality processes (APQP, PPAP).
3、 語(yǔ)言與背景 / Language & Background

Good written English for technical documents; fluent oral communication is a plus. Experience in foreign-invested or joint-venture enterprises is preferred.
