Handle non-conforming incoming parts and customer return goods, communicate with suppliers, monitor and push suppliers to handle non-conforming parts in a timely manner
6. 協(xié)助CQE/SQE進(jìn)行不良品的分析，調(diào)集內(nèi)外部資源（包括第三方）進(jìn)行功能性測(cè)試，協(xié)助SQE管理不合格品賬目以及實(shí)物
Work with CQE/SQE in the analysis of nonconforming products, coordinate internal and external resources (including 3rd parties) for functional testing, and assist SQE to manage nonconforming product and related records
7. 協(xié)助CQE一起處理客戶投訴，排查庫存并通知供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行不良實(shí)物處理
Work with CQE to deal with customer complaints, check inventory, inform & ensure supplier to deal with the defective parts properly
8. 對(duì)超期存放，呆滯，盤盈庫存等異常物料進(jìn)行質(zhì)量確認(rèn)
Confirm the quality of abnormal parts such as overdue storage, slow-moving, inventory surplus, and etc.
9. 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)視和測(cè)量?jī)x器管理及按時(shí)校準(zhǔn)，編制新儀器設(shè)備的作業(yè)維護(hù)資料，妥善處置失效儀器量具
Be responsible for the management and timely calibration of monitoring and measuring instruments, prepare the operation and maintenance data of new instruments and equipment, and properly dispose of invalid instruments and measuring tools
10. 負(fù)責(zé)各種檢測(cè)報(bào)告、記錄的準(zhǔn)備、歸檔和保管
