Responsibility:
1. Responsible for daily operation interms of sales. Including order process, order confirmation, order tracing, delivery arrangement within certain time period, daily communication with customer, etc.
負責銷售日常操作事務,包括訂單處理,訂單確認和跟蹤,在規(guī)定時間內安排發(fā)貨,日常與客戶的溝通等。
2. Responsible for VMI order maintain, act quickly and accurately.
負責處理VMI 訂單,需要及時準確。
3. Place internal order to purchasing department base on customer order, forecast and stock agreement.
根據客戶訂單,預測和備貨協(xié)議向采購部發(fā)送內部訂單。
4. Make forecast and consumption analysis so as to keep reasonable stock level, has good balance sense between demand and stock level, be good at data analysis.
根據預測和用量分析來保持合理庫存,對需求和庫存水平有良好的理解和平衡,擅長數據分析。
5. Deal with complaint from customer, could reply with proper way, meanwhile inform related dept to improve if needed.
處理客戶投訴,能夠以合適的方式回復安撫客戶,同時如有需要通知相關部門整改。
6. Deal with urgent case in proper way, such production line shut down at customer side.
以合適的方式處理突發(fā)事件, 比如客戶端產線斷料停產
7. Team work with other Dept. Such as logistics Dept, Finance Dept, Quality Dept, Purchase Dept, etc.
與其他業(yè)務部門緊密合作,如物流、財務、質量和采購部門等。
8. Make invoice in ERP, and AR following up.在ERP中制作發(fā)票,跟蹤應收賬款。
9. Actively participate in Company’s continuous improvement projects, be a trouble shooter, be
willing to find the exsiting issue, and find a way to solve.
積極參與公司的持續(xù)改進項目, 具備獨立解決問題的能力,愿意發(fā)現并解決問題
10. Strong dedicate to customer caring, act as real partner with account manager when take care of customer, including provide the summary, work on samples, talk, discuss and negotiate with customer.
致力于客戶關懷,做為客戶經理的有力搭檔,提供數據,樣品跟蹤,跟客戶溝通,討論以及談判。
11. Dependently handle standard customers, including handle inquiry from customer, provide the RFQ, and negotiate with customer for all kinds of issues.
獨立負責標準客戶的維護,包括收集詢價,提供報價,跟客戶談判等。
12. Handle the slow moving and obsoletely properly合理處理呆滯料。
13. Customer visiting is required. 拜訪客戶。
14. Other tasks assigned by line manager.上級經理要求的其他事宜。
Education and Qualification:
1. Diploma degree or above. 大?;蛞陨蠈W歷
2. Minum 2 years work experience with industrial background.
兩年以上工作經驗,具備工業(yè)行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
3. Knowledgable of the hardware products and standards (ISO, DIN, GB…) is an advantage.
熟悉產品和標準(ISO, DIN, GB…)者優(yōu)先
4. Good command of English in both writing and reading. Must be able to read and understand instructions in English
英語讀寫良好,必須能夠閱讀和理解英文文件。
5. Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in English office environment. Knowledge of an ERP is fundamental. 良好的Office技能,熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)
