As an Operation Specialist, you need to 作為物流操作專員，您的工作職責(zé)：
· To create/complete shipment details in our
internal operation system and create files for shipments.

· To coordinate with all involved parties and organize transport based on the customer promise, obtain necessary shipping documents where required, escalating discrepancies as required.

· To monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and service suppliers as well as ensuring strong data quality is available for timely and generate report to customers if required.
對(duì)第三方物流供應(yīng)商以及船公司的服務(wù)，進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)地監(jiān)督，并向客戶以及相關(guān)同事匯報(bào)運(yùn)輸狀態(tài)。
· To review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions including clarifying any deviations/conflicts while taking country regulations, export compliance, rate / routing information into consideration.

· To issue and accurately submit/issue all required documentation (issue carrier / agent BL instructions, VGM and security filings, sales invoices) on required timeframe.

· To ensure departure confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled) are shared with involved parties.

· To release B/L as per Financial Guidelines + working instructions.
嚴(yán)格遵照公司財(cái)務(wù)指導(dǎo)以及上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指令，安排電放提單給相關(guān)人員。
· To check and verify incoming supplier invoices, including initiating + resolving any rate discrepancies.
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)第三方供應(yīng)商的成本發(fā)票進(jìn)行核對(duì)，并向上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)反饋有爭(zhēng)議的費(fèi)用。
· To support and resolve claims and disputes. 配合上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)解決客戶以及海外公司的投訴。
Your skills and experiences 您需要具備的條件：
To be successfully, you have to be familiar with operation procedures of air, ocean, warehousing, railway and road transportation.
作為一名合格的物流操作專員，您需要熟知航空，海運(yùn)，倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理，鐵路及道路運(yùn)輸流程。?Beside this you have the capability to be a good communicator - both written?and verbal - with an understanding of international cultures.
您需要具備超強(qiáng)地溝通和表達(dá)能力，尊重理解國(guó)際不同的文化差異。
Additional:
· you should have at minimum 2-3 years working experience in a logistics industry; 如有2-3年物流及相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳。
· Hard working, responsible, good teamwork spirit, great time management and accept 具備勤奮努力負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
