In your future role as “Summer Intern- Mechanical Engineer” you will
- 跟蹤生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)關(guān)鍵設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，協(xié)助排查設(shè)備故障。Monitor the operating status of key equipment on the production site and assist in troubleshooting equipment failures.
- 參與制定設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢計(jì)劃、保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃和檢維修方案。Participate in developing equipment inspection plans, maintenance schedules, and repair strategies.
- 參與大修技改項(xiàng)目：方案、預(yù)算、施工組織及驗(yàn)收。Support major overhaul and technical modification projects, including proposal development, budgeting, construction organization, and acceptance.
- 日常設(shè)備臺(tái)賬/圖紙更新整理等。Maintain and update daily equipment records, technical documents, and drawings.

1. 專(zhuān)業(yè)技能 Professional Skills
- 扎實(shí)掌握機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)、材料力學(xué)、流體力學(xué)、傳熱學(xué)等相關(guān)理論。Solid understanding of fundamental theories such as mechanical design, mechanics of materials, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
- 對(duì)常見(jiàn)化工過(guò)程及單元操作（反應(yīng)、蒸餾、吸收、換熱等）有基本理解。Basic knowledge of common chemical processes and unit operations (e.g., reaction, distillation, absorption, heat exchange).
- 能夠熟練閱讀并簡(jiǎn)單繪制機(jī)械圖紙及PFD/PID 工藝流程圖。Able to read and produce simple mechanical drawings and PFD/P capable of identifying root causes based on operating data and on-site observations.
2. 通用能力 General Competencies
- 過(guò)程裝備與控制，化工機(jī)械，機(jī)械相關(guān)等本科以上學(xué)歷。Bachelor’s degree or above in Process Equipment & Control Engineering, Chemical Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- 英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力佳。Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- 動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)，愿意深入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理實(shí)際技術(shù)問(wèn)題。Strong hands-on skills and willingness to work on-site to solve practical technical issues.
- 具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠與多部門(mén)高效協(xié)作。Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- 學(xué)習(xí)能力優(yōu)秀，具備持續(xù)提升自我與快速掌握新技術(shù)的意愿。Strong learning ability with a willingness to continuously improve and quickly master new technologies.
- 有志于長(zhǎng)期向設(shè)備工程師 / 設(shè)備主管方向發(fā)展。Motivated to pursue long-term career development as an Equipment Engineer or Equipment Supervisor.
- 工作態(tài)度認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，具備良好的安全意識(shí)與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)。Responsible, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong safety and risk awareness.
