?具體工作內(nèi)容: Manage all quality issue after SOP regarding to the 0km. 處理SOP后所有零公里的質(zhì)量問題 ?Manage all production process (project and series phases) quality and product quality in production. 處理所有生產(chǎn)過程(項目和批量階段)和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量問題 ?Deploy safe launch of new project with customer team and regular audit of mass production. 開展與客戶組有關(guān)新項目的安全投產(chǎn)和已量產(chǎn)項目的相關(guān)審核 ?Report all quality figures to quality department regularly include internal production quality performance and external quality performance e.g. customer scorecard. 定期匯報質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),包括內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量績效和外部質(zhì)量績效,如顧客記分卡 ?Introduce quality tools/methods to ensure plant process quality. 為確保工廠過程質(zhì)量導(dǎo)入質(zhì)量工具和方法 ?Quick response when customer resident find some defects happened in customer side. 當(dāng)客服在客戶方發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量缺陷時快速反應(yīng) ?Support EHS tasks implement for customer resident. 支持現(xiàn)場客服環(huán)境健康安全工作的開展。 具體崗位職能: ?Responsible contact for all those customer quality issues with all concerned customs after SOP. 負責(zé)SOP后同客戶關(guān)于質(zhì)量問題的溝通。 ?Support customer team and production team to communicate with customer concerning quality problems. 支持客戶組和生產(chǎn)部與客戶溝通其關(guān)注的質(zhì)量問題。 ?Strongly support customer to clarify whether the problems come from our product quality. 積極主動同客戶確認其抱怨問題是否來自于博澤的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 ?Bring all customer complaints regarding to the 0km problems to the plant and respond quickly to customer. 反饋零公里的質(zhì)量問題給工廠,并給客戶快速的響應(yīng)。 ?Organize problem resolving regarding to customer complaints. 組織關(guān)于客戶抱怨的分析 。 ?Responsible provide 8D report or analysis report to the customer for Brose product quality problems on time. 負責(zé)按時向客戶提交關(guān)于博澤產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題的8D報告或分析報告。 ?Corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification. 糾正措施的響應(yīng)并實施后續(xù)的確認。 ?Responsible to create customer and process quality notification in SAP and tracking it closed in time. 負責(zé)在SAP中創(chuàng)建客戶&過程質(zhì)量問題抱怨并跟蹤及時關(guān)閉。 ?Responsible process and product quality in the production line. 負責(zé)生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)過程和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量 。 ?Responsible for safe launch related jobs (such as Line side review, QORL,etc.) of new project and follow–up the corrective action situations. 負責(zé)新項目安全交接相關(guān)的工作(如線邊審核、QORL報告等)并跟蹤整改措施完成情況。 ?Responsible for internal iLPA audit and follow–up the corrective action situations. 負責(zé)內(nèi)部分層審核和跟蹤整改措施完成情況 ?Support for internal process audit & product audit and follow–up the corrective action situations. 支持內(nèi)部過程審核和產(chǎn)品審核,并跟蹤整改措施完成情況。 ?Stop production or block material and finish goods in case of high risk of quality issue, to ensure no failure parts delivered to customer. 在發(fā)現(xiàn)重大質(zhì)量隱患或風(fēng)險時,停止生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)并隔離可疑原材料和成品,以確保無缺陷件發(fā)給客戶。 ?Support production line to continuous improvement process/product quality. 支持生產(chǎn)線過程和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的不斷改善。 ?Report regularly for customer quality data of customer scorecard and maintain quality part of customer portal timely. 定期匯報客戶質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)如客戶計分卡,及時維護客戶門戶網(wǎng)站內(nèi)的質(zhì)量相關(guān)內(nèi)容。 ?Responsible to calculate and collect all quality statistic report in daily/ weekly/ monthly 負責(zé)計算和收集質(zhì)量統(tǒng)計日/周/月報告。 ?Share experience with other plants about handling quality issue by sharepoint(Top-Q,Q-alert). 通過共享平臺(如Top-Q,Q-alert)與其它工廠分享處理質(zhì)量問題的經(jīng)驗。 ?when customer resident feedback the defect found in customer side, guide customer resident to make a containment action for customer in time, and feedback to customer resident about the analysis result and the action plan from the plant in time 接到客服反饋的客戶端問題后,指導(dǎo)客服及時在客戶端采取臨時圍堵措施,并及時反饋給客服博澤工廠的分析結(jié)果和采取的行動計劃。 ?Keep close contact with customer resident to understand the customer’s requirement and make customer to be satisfied. 與客服保持緊密的聯(lián)系以了解客戶需求并滿足客戶需要。 ?Support EHS tasks implement(such as safety training and risk identify,etc.) for customer resident. 支持現(xiàn)場客服環(huán)境健康安全工作(如安全教育、風(fēng)險識別等)的開展。 ?Introduce quality tools/methods to ensure plant process quality and monitor the implementation effect. 為控制工廠過程質(zhì)量導(dǎo)入質(zhì)量工具和方法,并監(jiān)控執(zhí)行效果 ?Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Beijing operation assigned by Quality Manager or the General Manager.
