職位描述

整機(jī)IPC
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品可行性分析，并輸出分析資料；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)交付產(chǎn)品的3D結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、2D工程圖設(shè)計(jì)、BOM、設(shè)計(jì)變更、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和工藝改進(jìn)；
3. 負(fù)責(zé)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)各階段的評(píng)審召集、手板制作及組裝、研發(fā)階段可靠性測(cè)試和試產(chǎn)支持;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品特殊特性和DFMEA的分析，并跟進(jìn)解決DVP、零部件產(chǎn)線(xiàn)裝配的問(wèn)題；
5. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的零件進(jìn)行公差分析，并與模具廠商進(jìn)行溝通，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)；
6. 負(fù)責(zé)模具進(jìn)度跟蹤，直至完成零部件封樣。
崗位要求：
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷，3年以上機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 熟練運(yùn)用Creo及AutoCAD等軟件進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品3D及2D設(shè)計(jì)；
3. 具有扎實(shí)的機(jī)械理論知識(shí)；
4 . 熟悉塑膠和五金材料及工藝特性，對(duì)產(chǎn)品模具及表面處理方式熟悉；
5. 積極主動(dòng)，目標(biāo)感強(qiáng)，較強(qiáng)的發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題能力；
6. 具有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，善于溝通；
7. 誠(chéng)實(shí)、耐心、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。
