1. Daily administration affairs including telephone answering/forward incoming calls
2. Welcome and guide visitors and register visitor on building access system
3. Responsible for sending and receiving express letters, registration management and forwarding work.
4. Record the use of temporary access cards
5. Update extension contact list and send to all colleagues timely;
6. Apply for goods entry and exit list, cargo elevator use list, etc. for communicating with the property management of the building;
7. Implement other tasks assigned by the department leaders.
Requirement and Qualification:
1. University graduate or above.
2. Good oral and written English is a must.
3. Good Microsoft office skills is required.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Responsible, accountable, optimism and self-motivated.
