外部審計(jì)CPA審計(jì)流程設(shè)計(jì)員工指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目管理
工作職責(zé)
  • 負(fù)責(zé)管理和執(zhí)行各種 KDC 審計(jì)服務(wù)，包括制定工作計(jì)劃、處理行政事務(wù)、分配工作、指導(dǎo)員工、落實(shí)開展工作，以及密切監(jiān)督工作進(jìn)度以確保能達(dá)到服務(wù)水平協(xié)議
  • 管理審計(jì)專業(yè)服務(wù)助理團(tuán)隊(duì)，指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，提供有建設(shè)性的反饋
  • 對利潤表和資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行審計(jì)程序，與客戶就項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度溝通，并解決問題
  • 設(shè)計(jì)培訓(xùn)方案，并為審計(jì)專業(yè)服務(wù)助理提供培訓(xùn)
  • 致力于提高審計(jì)服務(wù)流程的效率
  • 協(xié)助編制內(nèi)部運(yùn)營管理報(bào)告和演示資料
  • Managing and executing all aspects of KDC audit services including planning, administration, staff scheduling, staff coaching, execution and closely monitoring progress to ensure Service Level Agreement is met
  • Managing a team of audit assistants, providing guidance, coaching and constructive feedback to team members
  • Performing audit procedures for certain items of Income Statement and Balance Sheet, and communicate with clients on engagement process and resolve issues
  • Designing training programme and delivering training to audit assistants
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in audit service process
  • Assisting with the preparation of internal operational management reports and presentations
任職要求
  • 本科或以上學(xué)歷
  • 兩年或以上大型會計(jì)師事務(wù)所的審計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備金融服務(wù)相關(guān)審計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
  • 具備較強(qiáng)的分析和解決問題的能力
  • 善于將技術(shù)應(yīng)用到日常工作中
  • 具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)和項(xiàng)目管理技能
  • 具備良好的中英文書寫能力及溝通能力
  • 具備積極主動的工作態(tài)度和優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力
  • 靈活應(yīng)變，能夠同時(shí)處理多項(xiàng)工作
  • 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)且樂于學(xué)習(xí)
  • 能適應(yīng)高效快速的工作環(huán)境
  • Bachelor or above degree
  • At least 2 years of audit experience in large public accounting firms, audit experience of financial service is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Acute in applying technology to daily work
  • Good team and project management skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Be mature, initiative with strong sense of teamwork
  • Flexible to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Fast learner and willing to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging environment
