Capri-Sun is looking for an experienced, passionate and Sales Director to join China team. As a senior sales role, you will be responsible for managing the regional sales teams and ensuring team to achieve or exceed the business target in the defined region.
Job Responsibilities
? Materialize the entire business target in regional China provinces, ensure all sales managers/supervisors to achieve volume and financial target.
? Team management: define the business plan for individual provinces’ sales managers and ensure the resource allocation is reasonable; timely identify and solve problems; cultivate team to be able to achieve business targets, motivate sales team to keep good spirit.
? Budget management: reasonably allocate the sales budget as per business demand and ensure the sales team to spend the sales budget properly.
? Well manage the key distributors or customers.
? Work with HRM to recruit the sales roles in the region as per business demand.
? Ensure sales team to fully comply with company’s strategy, incl. pricing guideline, rebate guideline etc.
? Ensure sales team and distributors to follow up the marketing guideline and strategies.
? Ensure sales team and distributors to well implement the marketing activities.
? Find out the opportunities and risks in the territory and discuss with managing director to find out solution.
Job Requirements
? Bachelor degree and above.
? 8+ years of experience in sales of international FMCG company. Preferred to the sales director experience in Southern China provinces.
? Sound Business Financial and Numerical expertise.
? Excellent Sales track record.
? Presentation+ Negotiation skills with excellent Leadership skills to motivate and drive the team.
? Professional and mature attitude towards resolving problems with a behavior competency to build relationships.
? Excellent analytical skills.
? Communication & problem solving skills.
? Basic English skill in written and listening.
