Key Responsibilities:
? System Support and Monitoring
Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations and support end-of-service transitions.
? Asset Data Management
Help maintain accurate asset records in the CMDB and support data cleanup and validation activities.
? Discovery Process Assistance
Support the implementation and maintenance of discovery tools to improve asset visibility and data accuracy.
? Technical Support for CMDB
Provide basic technical support to ensure CMDB performance and assist in resolving data-related issues.
? IT Operations Support
Collaborate with IT teams to support system health and contribute to efficient IT operations.
? Data Analysis and Reporting
Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and support improvements in asset and configuration management processes.
? Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
? Experience
1–3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or configuration management preferred. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
? Skills
o Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
o Familiarity with CMDB concepts and asset lifecycle
o Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
o Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
