JOB SUMMARY
? Responsible for the end-to-end solution design, alignment, and governance of IT applications and technology solutions to support business initiatives in mainland China.
? Close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution delivery teams, infrastructure and security architects, and external technology partners to ensure that IT solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles and regional regulations.
? Play a key role in gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements, assessing existing solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., data localization, cybersecurity laws), and proposing fit-for-purpose solution architectures that enable operational efficiency and digital transformation.
? Involves governing solution design standards, ensuring integration consistency, and driving innovation to enhance customer experience, improve business processes, and support strategic IT roadmaps.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
? Degree holder or Post-Graduate qualification in IT-related disciplines
? Possess more than 10 Years of experience in solution architecture development and governance.
? Have demonstrated capability in assessing and implementing new technologies and solutions for both on-premise and public cloud
? Familiarity with mainland China-specific regulatory requirements and cultural nuances, particularly in industries such as retail, customer engagement, and events.
? Have demonstrated capability in designing long term architectural roadmaps, delivering the planned state architecture.
? Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies.
? Must be able to influence, advise and present to all levels of the organisation and externally.

? Fluency in the written and spoken English language
