Job Responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
1.Assist in recruitment efforts and manage recruitment channels, including but not limited to online, campus, headhunters, and job fairs.
協(xié)助人員招聘工作和招聘渠道的管理,招聘渠道包括但不限于網(wǎng)絡(luò),校園,獵頭,招聘會(huì);
2.Human resources-related information such as attendance records should be compiled, sorted, and archived.
人事相關(guān)信息考勤的統(tǒng)計(jì)、整理、歸檔;
3.Assist in the processing of employee-related procedures and the organization and filing of human resource-related files.
協(xié)助員工關(guān)系相關(guān)手續(xù)辦理,人事相關(guān)檔案的整理歸檔;
4.Assist in organizing and distributing welfare gifts.
協(xié)助進(jìn)行福利禮品的整理及發(fā)放;
5.Other work assigned by department leader.
部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
Qualification 任職資格:
1.2025 HR/English related graduates.
2025屆人力資源/英語相關(guān)專業(yè)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生;
2.Good communication and teamwork skills.
良好的溝通、團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力;
3.Proficient in office software, oral English is required.
熟練使用office軟件,需具備英語口語能力;
4.Strong pressure resistance.
抗壓性強(qiáng);
5.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
精通英文聽說讀寫能力。
