Responsibilities: ? Familiarize with company products, responsible for pre-sales product demonstrations and technical communication. ? Handle product installation, testing, commissioning, and abnormal issue resolution during and after sales. ? Provide customers with technical consulting, on-site guidance, training, and other services. ? Strengthen company impression in key customers or market events ? Competitor product analysis ? Perform additional tasks as required. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Power Engineering, or related fields. ? Over 5 years of work experience in technical support related to electrical products or electrical systems. Solid theoretical knowledge in electrical engineering. ? Possess fundamental knowledge of network technology; familiar with Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU communication protocols. ? Proficient in CAD software; experience in visual programming is preferred. ? Experience in on-site technical services in the shipbuilding or hospital industries is preferred. ? Business trip is required ? Team player and outgoing ? Good command of written and spoken English
