崗位職責(zé):
1、 負(fù)責(zé)總經(jīng)理出差、活動參加等日程安排,認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)總經(jīng)理的指示。
2、負(fù)責(zé)總經(jīng)理各重要會議的通知及安排,做好會議記錄及整理,做好上傳下達(dá)工作;
3、 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理合理安排工作計(jì)劃與處理日常事務(wù),協(xié)助完成日常工作的追蹤、匯報及與聯(lián)絡(luò),協(xié)調(diào)各部門之間工作;
4、 協(xié)助收集和整理市場、客戶與競爭對手信息并歸檔,協(xié)助總經(jīng)理進(jìn)行客戶拜訪,處理重要業(yè)務(wù)往來的各項(xiàng)工作;
5、 以業(yè)務(wù)為目標(biāo),跟進(jìn)各部門年度經(jīng)營計(jì)劃完成情況;
6、 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理對接外聯(lián)工作,重要商務(wù)活動的翻譯工作,配合處理外部公共關(guān)系(政府、重要客戶等)參與商務(wù)、談判等工作,;
7、 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)授權(quán)及交辦的其它事項(xiàng);
崗位要求:
1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷,具有3年以上同等職能崗位或同等職位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),貨物代理運(yùn)輸、外貿(mào)或供應(yīng)鏈行業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
2、 具有良好的中英文寫作能力及英文口語能力,CET-6及以上;
3、 具有良好的人際溝通能力和獨(dú)立工作能力,思維敏捷,熟練掌握溝通、交談技巧,熟悉商務(wù)禮儀,具有優(yōu)秀的接待能力和公關(guān)能力;
4、 具有敏銳的判斷能力和出色的分析、行政和檔案管理能力;
5、 熟練操作計(jì)算機(jī)及辦公軟件,熟悉政府有關(guān)政策的條例、企業(yè)及公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度、企業(yè)管理等;
6、 有C1駕照,熟練駕駛;

Assistant to the General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the General Manager's travel arrangements and activities, ensuring that the General Manager's schedule is adhered to and that instructions are carried out with due diligence.
2. Responsible for notifying the General Manager and arranging important meetings, recording and organizing meetings, and uploading work.
3. Assist the General Manager in streamlining the work plan and handling day-to-day matters, and assist in completing the daily work of tracking, reporting, and liaison, as well as coordination between departments.
4. Assist in collecting and organizing market, customer and competitor information and filling. Assist the General Manager with customer visits and important business transactions.
5. In terms of business, the goal is to follow up on the completion of the annual business plan of each department.
6. To assist the General Manager with the docking outreach work, the translation of important business activities, and the handling of external public relations (government, important customers, etc.), the role will also involve participating in business negotiations and other work.
7、Completing other matters authorized and assigned by the General Manager;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in freight agency transportation, foreign trade or supply chain industry.
2. Good Chinese and English writing and speaking skills, CET-6 and above.
3. Good interpersonal communication skills and independent working ability.
4. Good judgment and excellent analytical, administrative and file management skills.
5. Skilled in the use of computers and office software. Familiarity with government policies, business and corporate rules and regulations, business management, etc.
6. C1 driver's license, skilled driving.
