主要崗位職責(zé) Key duties:
1、接到客戶的電話或郵件,回復(fù)客戶,并提供屬具選型、報價;
Reply and recommend suitable attachment and prepare quotation for customer when getting call or e-mail from customers;
2、與技術(shù)部確認非標(biāo)屬具的選型報價;
contact TD in Xiamen or KAUP Germany for quotation of special attachment;
3、促進屬具銷售,為訂單協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部流程;
Promote sales,communicate internal process for order;
4、進行有效的客戶溝通和管理,建立并維護同客戶的良好合作關(guān)系;
Manage and communicate with customer effectively, set up and maintain good relationship with customers;
5、及時反饋售后服務(wù)信息給售后部并協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)事宜;
Feedback AS information to AS departmnet,and cooperate with AS department;
6、如果客戶需要,為客戶進行屬具方面的的培訓(xùn);
Make training of attachment for customers if customers need;
7、完成上級交辦的其他任務(wù)。
Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor.
崗位要求 Requirements:
1、機械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè),具備基本的機械和液壓知識;
majored in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Have basic knowledge of machinery and hydraulics;
2、2年以上機械行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗或者1年以上叉車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗;
More than 2 years experience in mechanical industry, or more than 1 year experience in FLT industry;
3、工作積極熱情,責(zé)任心強;
Enthusiasm, strong sense of responsibility;
4、具有良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,良好的團隊合作精神;
Good communication & coordination skill, team player ;
5、積極主動、性格開朗、講求效率、樂于接受挑戰(zhàn)。
