工作內(nèi)容:
1、 根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),制定重點(diǎn)工業(yè)客戶運(yùn)行方案和商務(wù)目標(biāo)。
Build annual commercial and operation target for key industrial account per company's strategic goal.
2、 支持新客戶業(yè)務(wù)開拓,維持現(xiàn)有客戶關(guān)系,不斷擴(kuò)大公司的市場(chǎng)份額,實(shí)現(xiàn)既定業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
Support development on new business, maintain existing customers' relationships, enlarge market shares continually, realize the assigned business developing target.
3、 作為與重點(diǎn)工業(yè)客戶的主要對(duì)接人,主導(dǎo)所負(fù)責(zé)客戶的相關(guān)合同洽談和落地
As key contact interface for responsible key industrial account, lead on commercial terms’ negotiation and implementation
4、 通過(guò)反饋客戶的意見(jiàn)建議,改進(jìn)運(yùn)行流程,提高運(yùn)行效率和質(zhì)量,提高客戶滿意度。
According to feedback the clients' suggestions, drive operation excellence for Key account and improve customers' satisfaction.
任職要求:
1、 市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、企業(yè)管理或工程相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷,5年以上物業(yè)管理商務(wù)和運(yùn)行管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing corporate management; more than 5 year working experience in property management sales.
2、 客戶滿意度達(dá)90%以上。
Customer satisfaction is above 90%.
3、 運(yùn)用日常辦公軟件WORD、Excel、PPT、CAD,并體現(xiàn)在工作文案和報(bào)告中。。
Familiar with the daily office software WORD, Excel, PPT, CAD, and reflected in the work copy and report.
4、 將英語(yǔ)作為第一工作語(yǔ)言。
Use English as the first working language.
5、 能接受每周3次以上出差工作。
Able to accept frequent business trips more than 3 times a week.
