Prepare
initial FMEA entries and conduct final content reviews of FMEA documents.
與跨職能 stakeholders 協(xié)作，對齊FMEA（設(shè)計/過程FMEA）輸入要求。
Collaborate
with cross-functional stakeholders to align on FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA) inputs.
為所有項目編制完整的FMEA文檔。
Compile
complete FMEA documentation for all projects.
準備各類匯報材料及跟蹤清單。
Prepare
various presentations and tracking lists.
協(xié)助完成FMEA流程相關(guān)的其他行政工作。
Assist with
other administrative tasks related to FMEA processes.

Profile/任職要求
The candidate will
possess the following qualifications:
候選人應(yīng)具備已下資質(zhì)：
1. 精通FMEA方法論（包括DFMEA與PFMEA）。
Profound knowledge of FMEA methodology (including DFMEA and PFMEA).
2. 具備汽車行業(yè)和/或高壓電池行業(yè)知識（必備）。
Experience or knowledge of the automotive and/or HV battery industry is
required.
3. 有高壓電池系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及FMEA實施經(jīng)驗。
Hands-on experience with system structure design and FMEA implementation
in HV Battery systems.
4. 工作積極主動、靈活性強，能在壓力下完成任務(wù)。
Highly motivated, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.
5. 優(yōu)秀的英語溝通能力（書面+口頭）。
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
