崗位職責(zé):
1.Operate as an ambassador and door opener for Saint-Gobain construction products to key account customers
擔(dān)任圣戈班建筑產(chǎn)品與關(guān)鍵客戶之間的大使。
2.Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume key accounts of hospitals, Pary A and contractor.
與國(guó)家和地區(qū)醫(yī)院、甲方和承包商等關(guān)鍵大客戶建立并保持長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略性信任關(guān)系。
-Responsible for developing and maintaining hospitals, hospital professional general contractors, design institutes and medical system related customers across the country.
負(fù)責(zé)開拓并維護(hù)全國(guó)醫(yī)院、醫(yī)院專業(yè)型總包、設(shè)計(jì)院及醫(yī)療體系相關(guān)客戶
3.Fully understand the needs of key customers, familiar with the business development and operation mode of hospital systems. Maintain knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses. Monitor key account changes and improvements
全面了解關(guān)鍵客戶需求,熟悉醫(yī)院體系業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)及運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,保持對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)、折扣和定價(jià)結(jié)構(gòu)以及優(yōu)劣勢(shì)的了解,并關(guān)注關(guān)鍵客戶的變化和提高。
4.Negotiate strategic purchasing contracts with key accounts, by working closely with technical support and sales team, preparing detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements.
通過與技術(shù)支持和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作,根據(jù)每個(gè)消費(fèi)者的要求,制定詳細(xì)的建議/報(bào)價(jià),與關(guān)鍵客戶協(xié)商戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)合同。
5.Work closely with R&D, technical, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, production, and finance team to secure entry and later service to the key accounts, serving as the contact point for key accounts and internal teams
與研發(fā)、技術(shù)、銷售、營(yíng)銷、物流、客戶服務(wù)、生產(chǎn)和財(cái)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作,確保關(guān)鍵客戶的整體服務(wù),充當(dāng)關(guān)鍵客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)的聯(lián)絡(luò)點(diǎn)。
6.Manage communications between key clients and internal teams
在關(guān)鍵客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)之間進(jìn)行溝通
7.Regularly follows up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the products in order to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and areas of sales performance improvement.
定期跟進(jìn)客戶的訂單,及時(shí)收集產(chǎn)品,以獲得客戶滿意度和銷售業(yè)績(jī)改善方面的反饋。
8.Lead solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel.
主導(dǎo)并開發(fā)需要改進(jìn)區(qū)域的解決方案,協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員參與。
9.Reviews target achievement and creates reports for senior management team, which facilitate the creation of informed account management decision-making and strategy formulation.
審查目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況并報(bào)告給上級(jí)管理層,促進(jìn)關(guān)鍵管理決策和戰(zhàn)略制定。
10.Maintains and expands relationships with important clients and work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts.
維護(hù)和擴(kuò)展重要客戶的關(guān)系,與各業(yè)務(wù)部門密切合作,以維護(hù)和進(jìn)一步發(fā)展與重要客戶的關(guān)系。
任職要求:
1.Previous experience in key account management or business development in the fields of medical is preferred.
有醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域大客戶銷售管理或業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2.Knowledge of the key account’s business domain & industry, familiar with business development and operation mode of hospital is preferred.
了解大客戶銷售領(lǐng)域和行業(yè),熟悉醫(yī)院體系業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)及運(yùn)營(yíng)模式優(yōu)先。
3.Outstanding written and oral communications skills
