Job Responsibilities:
1.RFQ management
（1）New supplier sourcing and evaluation
（2）Make inquiry to the suppliers
（3）Commercial negotiation/periodic bidding to get best result
2.Supplier base Management
（1）To regular analyze supplier portfolio under scope
（2）To disengage those suppliers with poor performance.
（3）To develop(sourcing,evaluation,qualification,management..etc) new suppliers which match company strategy.
（4） Documents maintenance(supplier performance,on-line productivity report..etc)
3.Sourcing Project support
（1）To coordinate sourcing project activities with project team/sourcing/engineering leader
（2）To ensure project cost competence(quotation analysis,cost module setting up,cost benchmark,long-term productivity plan..etc)
（3）To ensure project schedule commitment(supplier capacity investigation,samples delivery,samples qualification follow up,after-sale services follow up..etc)
（4）Documents maintenance(quotation file,contract,saving recording and consolidation)
4.Sustainable Purchasing Project
（1）To achieve Sustainability & CSR purchasing targets, ensure related purchasing activities follow the company roadmap.
（2）To ensure industrial projects competence in both economy and sustainable dimensions.
（3）To support sourcing for diverse sustainable industrial projects: water recycle, electricity saving, solar panel …
（4）To support packing team to search for future packaging solution.
（5）To support logistic team to optimize transport routes and minimize carbon emission.
（6）To support warehouse team and industrial team to search future solutions for usage of forklifts, such as the transition to 100% electrical equipment…
（7）To support other projects which related to company sustainable development.
5.Others
（1）Contract signing and management
（2）material master data and supplier master data cleaning.
（3）Open PO follow-up
Job Requirements：
1.Education: Bachelor degree above in Mechanical/ Chemicals/ Engineering/ Material Science/ Economic
2.Language: English: CET-4 （Fluent in spoken and written English）
3.Computer skill: MS office & SAP preferred
4.Work experience: 5+ in purchase/ sourcing, with industrial ESG experience will be plus
5.Others to be specified:
（1）Familiar with mechanical/electrical manufacturing process and related working experience
（2）Good commercial sense and negotiation/project management/communication skill
（3）Knowledge of corporate and division supplier quality standards, policies and procedures
（4）Good analytical ability to assess and identify appropriate alternative courses of actions for definition and resolution of problems that are somewhat unique and diverse.
（5）Willingness of travelling & able to take working pressure
（6）Work experience in multi-national enterprise are preferred
