職位描述

單證貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口
崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)出口相關(guān)單證的制作確保單證正確性；
2、收集和整理各種單證，完成送貨單、訂單、提單核對(duì)等對(duì)單據(jù)的各項(xiàng)處理，并進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)錄入和歸檔；
3、跟蹤每票貨物的送貨情況，統(tǒng)計(jì)核對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)；
4、及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確與貨代公司聯(lián)系裝箱；
5、在整個(gè)過(guò)程中，完成與業(yè)務(wù)員、跟單員以及客戶、貨代各方面的協(xié)調(diào)工作；
6、辦理邀請(qǐng)函，產(chǎn)地證等相關(guān)單證；
7、和出口代理合作，對(duì)接提供資料，完成出貨退稅的整個(gè)流程；
8、和工廠對(duì)賬。
9、熟練操作辦公軟件，做好文件歸檔與留底，做好與客戶的溝通工作。
任職資格：
1、大學(xué)?？疲ê┮陨蠈W(xué)歷，國(guó)際貿(mào)易或英語(yǔ)相關(guān)專業(yè)，英語(yǔ)四級(jí)或以上，具備良好的讀寫(xiě)能力；
2、會(huì)出口單證制作，熟悉國(guó)際貿(mào)易工作的各項(xiàng)操作流程及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)，熟知貿(mào)易、物流、報(bào)關(guān)及稅務(wù)知識(shí)；
3、有責(zé)任感，工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、細(xì)心，具有較強(qiáng)的分析判斷能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神強(qiáng)；
4、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠及時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)和處理業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中各項(xiàng)突發(fā)事件；
5、辦公軟件操作熟練 .
三、薪資待遇：基本工資，過(guò)節(jié)費(fèi)，帶薪年假，獎(jiǎng)金。
工作時(shí)間：大小周8H
上班時(shí)間：上午8:30-12:00，下午13:30-18:00。
