Key Responsibilities: ? Drafting, review, and/or amend commercial contracts, including service agreement, procurement contracts, or other legal documents related to company’s business operation; ? Assist in contract management and archiving works; ? Support and provide legal opinion/solution for the daily operational matters; ? Other legal services assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Qualification: ? Undergraduate degree or above from a reputable law school; ? At least 4-5 years of relevant working experiences in law firm or as in-house counsel, PRC bar (or similar)is preferred; ? Demonstrated excellent legal knowledge, business understanding with organizational and analytical skills for detailed and results-orientated solutions; ? Mature personality with high integrity and self-motivation, dynamic communication skills and ability to work and judge independently under pressure; ? Fluency in both written and spoken English; ? Strong team player with willingness and ability to learn and take responsibilities.
