1. To overall manage the Chongqing site operations with leading local admin team, to support business requirement, fix the issue by providing the solid facility service, continuously improve the safety emergency management system, with proven experience in organizing fire safety and evacuation drills. Extensive experience in facilities & environmental management, with full compliance capability for corporate remote work policies, the compliant physical security management, value added government relationship, the proactive vendor management and etc.
2. To control the Chongqing site operational cost, budget planning, implementation, cost saving initiatives and etc.
3. Follow all management process related to site operation to make sure all procedure and management processes be compliant from the business audit perspective.
4. Provide the timely update or report for Site management on the local site operation perspective.
5. Exceptional communication and coordination skills with site lead, responsiveness to business and site lead requirements, efficiently resolves issues through established reporting line, and exhibits exceptional stress resilience.
Skill requirement:
1. more than 5 years related administration working experience, be more preferred to working in MNCs.
2. Be good at communicating with the internal/external clients, teams and vendors.
3. Good experience on the management of the government relationship, more deep understanding on the government fair following up.
4. Good English language skill, speaking, writing and reading.
