Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the application and technical support of starch and modified starch in the lab.
2. Assist Department Head to complete the work connection with other departments, provide the
effective internal exchange of skills, technical consultation and service.
3. Assist to manage and maintain the lab and keeping the equipment smooth running.
4. Form the internal files by making the application experiments regularly and share with the team.
5. Focus on the industry status, collect the product information, especially for the new applications of
starch and modified starch.
6. Other tasks assigned by Department Head.
5. Working Location: Shanghai.
1. 負(fù)責(zé)實驗室淀粉和變性淀粉等產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用和技術(shù)支持工作;
2. 協(xié)助上級完成與其它部門的工作對接,提供有效的內(nèi)部技術(shù)交流、技術(shù)咨詢和服務(wù)工作;
3. 協(xié)助管理維護實驗室及其設(shè)備運行;
4. 定期完成相關(guān)應(yīng)用實驗與內(nèi)容的整理,編制成內(nèi)部文件,并與團隊分享;
5. 關(guān)注行業(yè)動態(tài),收集匯總有關(guān)淀粉及變性淀粉相關(guān)應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品信息;
6. 及時完成上級交辦的其它工作;
7. 工作地點:上海。
Requirements:
1.Food science and engineering or relevant major, bachelor’s degree or above.
2.3 years technical application or above working experience of bakery products, prefer in bakery
premix experience of research and development or application.
3.Strong learning and practical ability, good at office software.
4.Good working attitude, be honest, self-discipline, positive and self-motivated.
5.Good team work and communication ability, clear logic, be initiative during the daily work.
6.Ability to speak fluent English and good in written.
1.大學(xué)本科及以上食品科學(xué)與工程或相關(guān)專業(yè),;
2.3 年以上烘焙產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用工作經(jīng)驗,有烘焙預(yù)拌粉研發(fā)或者應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
3.有責(zé)任心,學(xué)習(xí)能力和動手能力強,熟練使用辦公軟件;
4.工作態(tài)度端正,為人誠實、自律、積極進?。?
5.良好的團隊意識和溝通表達(dá)能力,邏輯清晰,能夠主動完成工作;
6.英語讀寫良好。
