Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the application and technical support of starch and modified starch in the lab. 2. Assist Department Head to complete the work connection with other departments, provide the effective internal exchange of skills, technical consultation and service. 3. Assist to manage and maintain the lab and keeping the equipment smooth running. 4. Form the internal files by making the application experiments regularly and share with the team. 5. Focus on the industry status, collect the product information, especially for the new applications of starch and modified starch. 6. Other tasks assigned by Department Head. 5. Working Location: Shanghai.
Requirements: 1.30-40yrs, Food science and engineering or relevant major, bachelor’s degree or above. 2. 5 years technical application or above working experience of bakery products related to modified starch, prefer in bakery premix experience of research and development or application. 3.Strong learning and practical ability, good at office software. 4.Good working attitude, be honest, self-discipline, positive and self-motivated. 5.Good team work and communication ability, clear logic, be initiative during the daily work. 6.Ability to speak fluent English and good in written.
