As a Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously optimizing a refined cost accounting system for products. By delving into every aspect of the business, you will accurately calculate the costs and profits of individual transactions and product combinations, providing management with key financial insights to support the company's pricing strategies, operational efficiency improvement, and profitability growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and maintain product cost models: Design and manage the full-life-cycle cost accounting model for individual transactions, covering capital costs, operational costs, sales costs, risk costs, and service costs, etc.
2.Accurate cost accounting and allocation: Precisely collect, track, and allocate various costs to specific products and business units.
3.In-depth profitability analysis: Regularly calculate and analyze the profit margins and gross profit contributions of individual loans, product types, channels, and business units; conduct variance analysis between actual vs. budget/forecast to identify driving factors.
4.Prepare key reports: Generate clear and timely monthly cost reports and profitability reports for management and business departments.
5.Support business decision-making: Based on cost and profitability analysis, provide data-driven suggestions and insights for product pricing, process optimization, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
6.Optimize processes and systems: Continuously improve cost accounting processes and assist in optimizing or implementing financial systems that support refined accounting.
7.Support budgeting and forecasting: Participate in the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, responsible for the preparation and analysis of cost-related parts.
Qualifications We Seek
1.Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields.
2.CET-4 or above with strong reading comprehension skills.
3.3-5 years of relevant work experience in cost accounting, management accounting, or financial analysis, with an understanding of business processes and related cost structures.
4.Proficiency in cost accounting methods and profitability analysis.
5.Excellent Excel skills (including formulas, functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
