5、監(jiān)督人員嚴(yán)格按照作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書操作并持證上崗。
Monitor operators’ work according to WI requirement strictly, and ensure operator be qualified.
6、協(xié)助PIE及其他部門人員分析生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的異常問題，并及時采取糾正預(yù)防措施避免同樣的問題重復(fù)出現(xiàn)。
Coordinate with PIE and other departments to analyze the root cause of defective products, and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid the same problem happened repeatedly.
7、負(fù)責(zé)各拉之間的人員、設(shè)備、物料的合理調(diào)配。
Responsible for the allocation of resource for production lines, including manpower, equipment, materials.
8、提出改善建議，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)線，提高效率，降低報廢，減少成本。
Provide positive suggestion, optimizing production line, improving efficiency, reduce scrap and costs.
9、處理上級交辦的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
任職要求：
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷。
College degree or above.
2、3年及以上生產(chǎn)制造行業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理的工作經(jīng)驗。
Above 3 years work experience about production management in manufacture company.
3、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Good English skills in speaking and writing.
