Main responsibilities
? Designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Siemens OpCenter MES solutions. This involves translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
? Operational Support, Business Continuity and Application Lifecycle Management.
Provide daily operational support to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing process. Capture system knowledge to support business continuity and reduce operational risks. Furthermore, to oversee the full lifecycle of MES applications, including maintenance, upgrades test environment.
? Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a manufacturing environment, leveraging strong communication skills to align technical solutions with business needs.
? Configuration and integration of MES modules, ensuring data integration with ERP, LIMS, and automation equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations.
? Coordinate and execute testing activities in partnership with test engineers, ensuring comprehensive documentation and validation of system functionality
Functional requirements
? A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
? Proven experience in the setup, configuration, and administration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
? Hands-on experience integrating MES with ERP, LIMS, and PLC systems.
? Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL databases, with additional skills in C#, .net, Angular (HTML5), and JavaScript considered an advantage.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
? Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and working knowledge of DevOps platforms.
