Responsible for quality system effectively implementation, in the process of physical quality and system quality control and improvement, claim handling

- Establish new inspection instructions and plans based on the products structure and process type such as incoming inspection, in-process and final inspection for new product.
針對(duì)新品,按照產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和過(guò)程類(lèi)型編制檢驗(yàn)作業(yè)文件和檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃,如來(lái)料、過(guò)程及完工;
- Daily shopfloor quality problems support, assist to conduct quality improvement work.
負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)解決每天現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)生的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,協(xié)助質(zhì)量改進(jìn)
- Follow up supplier quality issues, release NCR, CAR, follow them with sourcing and SQE team, verify the corrective evidence until it’s closed.
跟進(jìn)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,釋放不合格報(bào)告及糾正預(yù)防報(bào)告,同Sourcing和SQE team跟進(jìn)驗(yàn)證糾正方案,直到關(guān)閉.
- Customer Complaint Handling: Deal with customer complaints, information to drive multi Dept to do investigation and complete root cause analysis and corrective actions; Submit reports to customers until they are satisfied.
客戶(hù)投訴處理:處理客戶(hù)投訴,組織跨部門(mén)的調(diào)查,進(jìn)行原因分析及提供改善措施,按照客戶(hù)要求提供調(diào)查報(bào)告
- Responsible for internal and external audits in line with current company audit requirements. This may include ISO 9001/ PED/ATEX or other quality systems (Such as TSG, CCC).
負(fù)責(zé)按照公司要求組織及實(shí)施內(nèi)外部審核,包括ISO9001/PED/ATE 及其它產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證體系(例如TSG, CCC等)
- Regular audit to check each department whether follow our procedure
稽核各部門(mén)的過(guò)程是否依照質(zhì)量體系的要求執(zhí)行
- Collect the information what the quality and process non-compliances in whole process, include internal findings、supplier findings and customer feedback, to make improvement action and follow up
收集產(chǎn)品及過(guò)程不合格的證據(jù),包括內(nèi)審、供應(yīng)商端的不符合項(xiàng)及客戶(hù)反饋的不良,組織相關(guān)部門(mén)提供改善措施并追蹤改善措施直至關(guān)閉
要求:
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering or other applicable field. 本科學(xué)歷, 理工科專(zhuān)業(yè)
- More than 5years valve industrial experience in quality engineer and customer complaint handling experience. 5年及以上閥門(mén)行業(yè)質(zhì)量工程師及客戶(hù)投訴處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Familiar with ISO9001-2015 熟悉ISO9001-2015質(zhì)量管理體系
- Experience in TSG/ATEX/PED quality system is preferred 熟悉TSG/ATEX/PED 質(zhì)量管理體系的優(yōu)先
- Have good organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills 具有良好的組織,協(xié)調(diào)、溝通及跨部門(mén)合作技巧
- Analytical problem solving with 5W/8D/FMEA/MSA/SPC/Kaizen/ 擅長(zhǎng) 使用系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量工具分析、解決問(wèn)題
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skill. 流利的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力
- NDE skill is preferred/NDE技能的優(yōu)先選擇
- Internal auditor certificate is preferred內(nèi)審員資質(zhì)優(yōu)先
- 6σand project experience is preferred. 6西格瑪和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先
