Job Responsibilities
  1. 產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃與需求管理
    Product Planning and Requirement Management
    • 負(fù)責(zé) Les Mills Release App 中國版本的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、規(guī)劃與落地執(zhí)行
      Responsible for product design, planning, and implementation of the
      Chinese version of Les Mills Release App
    • 基于中國教練與俱樂部用戶的使用習(xí)慣,收集、分析、轉(zhuǎn)化業(yè)務(wù)需求,制定產(chǎn)品路線圖,確保需求覆蓋核心用戶痛點(diǎn)
      Based on the usage habits of Chinese coaches and club users, collect,
      analyze, and translate business requirements, develop product roadmaps,
      and ensure requirements address core user pain points
  2. 用戶研究與體驗優(yōu)化
    User Research and Experience Optimization
    • 主導(dǎo)用戶訪談、問卷調(diào)研、可用性測試
      Lead user interviews, questionnaire surveys, and usability tests
    • 持續(xù)跟蹤用戶行為數(shù)據(jù),形成產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化建議
      Continuously track user behavior data and formulate product optimization
      recommendations
    • 推動產(chǎn)品在交互、內(nèi)容呈現(xiàn)、支付流程等方面的本地化優(yōu)化
      Drive localized optimization of the product in terms of interaction,
      content presentation, and payment processes
  3. 項目管理與跨部門協(xié)作
    Project Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration
    • 管理項目全生命周期:需求、設(shè)計、開發(fā)、測試、上線
      Manage the entire project lifecycle: requirements, design, development,
      testing, and launch
    • 與供應(yīng)商團(tuán)隊緊密合作,確保交付質(zhì)量與時間進(jìn)度
      Collaborate closely with supplier teams to ensure delivery quality and
      timeline
    • 建立并維護(hù)項目文檔、版本迭代記錄
      Establish and maintain project documents and version iteration records
  4. 數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動與持續(xù)迭代
    Data-Driven and Continuous Iteration
    • 建立核心指標(biāo)(NPS、留存率、播放成功率等)的數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控
      Establish data monitoring for core metrics (NPS, retention rate, playback
      success rate, etc.)
    • 基于數(shù)據(jù)分析持續(xù)優(yōu)化功能與體驗
      Continuously optimize functions and experience based on data analysis
任職要求
Requirements
  1. 教育背景
    Education Background
    • 本科及以上學(xué)歷,計算機(jī)、軟件工程、產(chǎn)品管理、交互設(shè)計等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
      Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors in Computer
      Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, Interaction Design,
      etc.
  2. 工作經(jīng)驗
    Work Experience
    • 3 年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng) / 移動應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理經(jīng)驗
      More than 3 years of experience as a product manager in Internet/mobile
      applications
    • 有視頻流媒體、在線教育、健身 / 運(yùn)動、會員訂閱類產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
      Priority given to candidates with experience in video streaming, online
      education, fitness/sports, or membership subscription products
    • 有本地化項目管理、跨國產(chǎn)品落地經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
      Priority given to candidates with experience in localized project
      management and cross-border product implementation

    • 熟悉 iOS/Android 應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程
      Familiar with the development process of iOS/Android application products
