Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization, including 5+ year clinical study/project management experience
- CRA experienceis must.
- Experience in more than one therapeutic area is required.
- Experience must include Phase 2 and 3 studies and global/international studies or programs
- Fluent business English (oral and written)

- Accountable for providing input to and implementing vision and strategy for designated scope
- Function as Clinical Operations Representative in CADT. May be assigned tasks / assignments involving end to end Takeda asset development (for e.g. strategy development and implementation in CADT/ GPT meetings).

- Cultivates a broad network of relationships throughout Takeda, with affiliates and external partners, in the industry and area of expertise.
- Effectively represents function in negotiations with the ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner

Travel Requirements
Requires approximately 5-20 % travel, including overnight and local/international travel to other Takeda sites, strategic partners, and therapeutic area required travel.
