崗位描述 Job Description
1. Take over quality issues for mass production to reduce the failure rate and non-conforming parts handling to avoid customer quality complaint. 負責(zé)量產(chǎn)后的質(zhì)量問題，降低故障率和不合格件的處理以避免客戶的質(zhì)量投訴。

3. Create and update control plan /WI/Check list to make sure the control method delivery to production. Take part in PFMEA creation and audit.

5. Push internal improvement by standing on the position of customer. Handle customer complain about quality to satisfy the customer, do 8D report. 站在客戶的角度推進內(nèi)部質(zhì)量改進。
6. Support QPC to identify root cause and take actions when there is customer compliant。與QPC團隊一起分析客戶抱怨的原因和采取相應(yīng)的措施。

任職資格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor or above, science and engineering, especially mechanical, electrical engineering or electronics.
2.Familiar with IATF 16949 , VDA 6.3, Professional knowledge of quality tools （SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA.）. Problem Solving Skill（8D, FTA, 5 Why etc.）
3.At least 5 years’ experience in quality process control for new project and mass production.
4.Workable in oral and written English.
