崗位職責(zé):
1、Accountable for the growth of sales revenue and profitability of Wiskind Steel Structure System BU mainly targeting industrial building construction but not limited to.
2、Develop new markets, acquire new clients, and expand product, project and solution sales coverage.
3、Apply solution base, market back, strategic selling approach instead of conventional cost-plus model in order to differentiate and provide optimized value to customer against competition.
4、Collect market information and analyze competitive intelligence within the assigned region.
5、Plan and execute sales activities in the designated area to achieve sales targets.
6、Maintain customer relationships and establish long-term strategic partnership.
7、Collaborate closely with technical, design, project management, supply chain, pricing team to get the job done.
8、Navigate and assist local regulation, product certification, logistic related matter and be the local interface with local related government bureau and entity, such as MSSA
9、Represent and carry image of company in the designated region.
任職要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial & Civil Construction, or related field.
2、Sales experience in steel industrial building industry or at least 2 years of cross-industry project-based sales experience (e.g., building envelopes, coatings, waterproofing, etc.).
3、Strong communication and influencing skills, with a utmost sense of responsibility and commitment.
4、Independent, resourceful, great problem solving skill and never give up to-do spirit.
5、Mandarin proficiency will be a strong plus.
6、Willing to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
7、 based in KL, Malaysia.
