汽車質(zhì)量管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)汽車零部件
Job Responsibility: 1. Responsible for customer product development processes from prototype through program launches to ensure customer requirements are met in both service and quality. 2. Serve as liaison between the customer and company to ensure the voice and needs of the customer are heard and acted upon. 3. Utilize both internal and external functions and resources to capitalize on program deliverables. 4. Provide weekly/monthly updates to BU Manager to communicate launch status, mitigate risks and ensure successful launch. 5. Ensures compliance to all APQP/IATF 16949 requirements for all programs under management. 6. Organize on time gate review/approval. 7. Successful transfer of program accountability to the responsible manufacturing facility at the final gate review of the launch process.
Competency requirements:
1. program management experience with a minimum of three years lead experience on successful launched.
2. Knowledge and ability of reading standards/documentations and technical drawings Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
3. Good knowledge of CAD/CAM software, preferably Catia or artwork;
4. Good at English speaking and writing;
5. Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP;
6. High skills in time planning, based on the objectives;
7. Interpersonal skills of team participation, influencing others, negotiation skills, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills;
8. Analytical skills;
9. Mechanical design major and Automobile working experience is preferred. Technical knowledge about design, BOM, tooling and product spec., team work and good communication skill, able to work flexible.
