1.Good knowledge of quality tools PPAP、APQP,8D, Control plan, FMEA, MSA, 5 Why, SPC etc.
熟悉 APQP,PPAP,MSA、SPC、控制計劃、失效模式及影響分析(FMEA)五大工具、質(zhì)量七大手法、8D等質(zhì)量管理工具,并有實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗;精通 8D 質(zhì)量工具、、測量系統(tǒng)分析(MSA)、SPC, 5W,等。
2.Self-initiative, passionate and have good communications skills for interfacing internally and externally.
積極主動、充滿熱情,并具備良好的溝通技巧,能夠與內(nèi)部和外部人員進(jìn)行有效交流。
3.Good written and spoken English.4.Green belt or black belt of SIX SIGMA is preferred.
良好的英語書面和口語能力, 具有六西格瑪綠帶或黑帶資格者優(yōu)先。
4.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
Experience: At least 8-10 years of relevant job experience in Quality Assurance field.

Job Responsibility:
1.Lead quality improvement projects. Coordinate the resource of cross function team to drive the problem solving.
指導(dǎo)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)項目。協(xié)調(diào)跨職能團(tuán)隊的資源以推動問題解決。
2. Skilled in PM procedure and VDA6.3 audit experience.
熟悉項目開發(fā)流程,具備VDA6.3審核經(jīng)驗;
3.Provide Quality Engineering expertise to generate all quality deliverables for assigned new products (and products transfer when requested) according to NPD/NPI procedures and milestones.
為指定的新產(chǎn)品(以及在有要求時的產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)移)提供質(zhì)量工程方面的專業(yè)知識,按照新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)/新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的程序和里程碑生成所有質(zhì)量交付成果。
4.Responsible for process audit and product audit for trail run and mass production, recognize quality risk in time and raise the flag, make action plan with the team together and follow up the results.
負(fù)責(zé)試生產(chǎn)和量產(chǎn)過程審核及產(chǎn)品審核,及時識別質(zhì)量風(fēng)險并發(fā)出警示,與團(tuán)隊共同制定行動計劃并跟進(jìn)結(jié)果。
5. Monitor the quality issues of products from suppliers, urge them to make rectifications, and track the progress of the rectification.
監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題,督促供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行整改,并對整改情況進(jìn)行跟蹤;
6.Responsible for quality related documents such as control plan, TQC, inspection WI etc.
負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量相關(guān)文件,如控制計劃、全面質(zhì)量管理(TQC)、檢驗作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(WI)等。
7. The main analysis of client-side quality issues, as well as the formulation of corrective and preventive measures, and the extension to other similar products or production lines.
客戶端質(zhì)量問題的主導(dǎo)分析,及制定糾正預(yù)防措施,且橫展到其他類似產(chǎn)品或產(chǎn)線;
8.Participate in quality management system, IATF16949, internal and external audit.
參與質(zhì)量管理體系、IATF16949 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、內(nèi)部及外部審核工作。
