Key Responsibilities
1、Create & Localize Content: Develop and schedule English-language posts/stories/reels for global platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/Facebook)
2、 Competitor Intelligence: Research competitor social/media strategies, compile analysis reports (weekly/monthly), and propose actionable recommendations
3、 Community Engagement: Manage English interactions (comments/DMs) and monitor brand mentions
4、 Performance Tracking: Assist in analyzing social metrics using analytics tools
5、 Strategy Contribution: Brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with target markets
6、Project Execution: Complete assigned tasks supporting team objectives
Requirements
1、Education: Pursuing/holding Bachelor’s+ in Marketing, Linguistics, Advertising, Communications, or related field
2、Language Skills: Fluent bilingual ability (English & Chinese) with professional writing proficiency
3、Communication: Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills (e.g., campus leadership roles, event hosting, debate team)
4、Available 3+ days/week for 3+ months
5、Ability to research competitors and extract strategic insights
