法律文書處理：起草、審核、修改和執(zhí)行合同，確保合同符合法律規(guī)定和公司政策；處理法律文件、函件和報告的起草和歸檔。 法律咨詢：為公司內(nèi)部各部門提供法律意見和建議，解決日常法律問題。 風(fēng)險管理：識別、評估和管理公司的法律風(fēng)險，制定相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險應(yīng)對策略。 法規(guī)遵從：跟蹤和理解相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的變化，確保公司行為符合法律要求。
任職要求 本科以上，法學(xué)類專業(yè)； 1-3年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)的法律文件和處理法律事務(wù)的經(jīng)驗； 熟練使用office等辦公軟件，英語能夠作為工作語言，交流無障礙； 優(yōu)秀的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力，能影響他人及實現(xiàn)共同的愿景或目標(biāo)的能力； 工作認(rèn)真，正直誠實，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致，有較強(qiáng)的分析問題、解決問題的能力。
