職位描述
研發(fā)硬件研發(fā)鋰電池鉛酸電池儲能電池新能源
1、電池包結構設計開發(fā)
主導電池包（含電芯模組、BMS、殼體、線束）的3D結構設計（SolidWorks/CATIA建模），編制BOM及技術圖紙（2D工程圖）。
結合ebike整車空間（如車架管內(nèi)/后貨架/座管）設計適配性結構，優(yōu)化體積利用率；同步完成充電器與電池包的接口設計（如充電口防水結構、防反插設計）、物理固定結構（如卡扣/磁吸連接）及散熱協(xié)同設計（避免充電時熱量疊加）。
2、仿真與風險預控
開展電池包結構CAE分析（ANSYS/ABAQUS），輸出優(yōu)化方案。
參與電池安全風險評估（如擠壓/針刺/過充），提出結構防護設計（如防爆閥、緩沖層、絕緣隔板）；針對充電器新增防過壓/防浪涌結構設計（如獨立散熱孔、絕緣隔離層）。
3、測試驗證與問題閉環(huán)
制定電池包結構測試方案，跟蹤實驗室及路測結果。
分析測試失效問題（如殼體開裂、密封失效），推動設計迭代（如加強筋優(yōu)化、密封圈選型）
4、項目交付與跨部門協(xié)作
聯(lián)動整車研發(fā)團隊，確保結構設計與電氣布局、整車裝配兼容；定期匯報結構開發(fā)進展，確保與整車項目、電池開發(fā)、充電器硬件開發(fā)同步，保障新品按上市節(jié)點量產(chǎn)交付。
對接供應鏈部門，優(yōu)化模具設計（沖壓/注塑工藝）、裝配工藝（如卡扣/螺絲連接可靠性），降低量產(chǎn)成本
5、合規(guī)與標準
確保電池包符合目標市場法規(guī)
主導國內(nèi)外認證的結構文件準備及測試支持。
