市場營銷品牌管理市場策劃
崗位職責(zé)：
1、制定公司整體市場戰(zhàn)略、年度計劃及預(yù)算，并對最終市場表現(xiàn)負(fù)責(zé)。
2、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并賦能下屬各部門，包括品牌媒介、市場策劃、數(shù)字營銷、視覺設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品營銷等，確保高效協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)。
3、主導(dǎo)品牌定位、調(diào)性管理、公關(guān)策略及輿情監(jiān)控，提升品牌影響力與美譽(yù)度。
4、統(tǒng)籌年度營銷戰(zhàn)役、重大活動（展會/發(fā)布會）及市場物料策劃與執(zhí)行。
5、制定并驅(qū)動數(shù)字營銷策略（含新媒體運(yùn)營全鏈路），實現(xiàn)用戶增長與互動目標(biāo)。
6、確保所有設(shè)計輸出（線上線下物料、產(chǎn)品圖、門店視覺）符合品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并具高水準(zhǔn)。
7、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品核心賣點(diǎn)提煉與轉(zhuǎn)化，打造消費(fèi)者易懂、買單的營銷語言與工具。
8、緊密聯(lián)動銷售、產(chǎn)品等團(tuán)隊，確保市場策略有效支撐業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)。
9、完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
任職要求：
1、8年以上市場營銷經(jīng)驗，其中5年以上管理經(jīng)驗；
2、具備制定清晰市場戰(zhàn)略并推動落地的能力；
3、擁有搭建、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及激勵多職能高效團(tuán)隊的成功經(jīng)驗；
4、在品牌、策劃、數(shù)字營銷、產(chǎn)品營銷領(lǐng)域有扎實業(yè)績產(chǎn)出；有從0到1品牌建設(shè)/產(chǎn)品上市、國際化營銷經(jīng)驗者更佳；
5、精通數(shù)據(jù)分析，能有效評估效果并優(yōu)化策略；
6、出色的跨部門溝通、協(xié)調(diào)與影響力；
7、擁有良好的自驅(qū)力及管理復(fù)雜情況的能力，能夠快速明確方向并做出決策和團(tuán)隊管理。
