風控體系制定風控合規(guī)業(yè)務流程風控
職責:
1. 統(tǒng)籌集團項目合同全周期風險管理，監(jiān)管國家區(qū)域重點項目風險；
2. 負責重點及新型業(yè)務孵化、拓展中的風險識別與應對；
3. 制定推廣標準化風險管理流程，提升集團整體風控能力；
4. 為國家公司業(yè)務提供風險管理服務，保障內外部事務合規(guī)；
5. 識別宣傳推廣、公共關系等活動中的潛在風險并防控；
6. 完成領導交辦的其他風控任務。
經驗與要求：

經驗與要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷，金融、經濟、管理等相關專業(yè)；45周歲以下，8年以上大型企業(yè)風控經驗（含5年以上管理崗），有國際業(yè)務風控經驗者優(yōu)先；
2. 精通國內外法規(guī)政策及香港上市公司合規(guī)要求，熟悉風控理論與工具；
3. 具備強數(shù)據(jù)分析、邏輯思維及跨部門協(xié)調能力，責任心強、抗壓性好。

Responsibilities:
1.Oversee full-cycle risk management of group project contracts and supervise risk control for key projects in national/regional areas;
2.Identify and address risks in the incubation, development, and expansion of core and emerging businesses;
3.Establish and promote standardized risk management processes to enhance the group’s overall risk control capability;
4.Provide risk management services for state-owned company operations and ensure compliance in internal/external affairs;
5.Detect and mitigate potential risks in promotional activities and public relations;
6.Complete other risk-related tasks assigned by leadership.
Experience and Qualifications:

Experience and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, management, or related fields is required, under 45 years old, 8+ years of risk management experience in large enterprises (including 5+ years in managerial roles), with priority given to those experienced in international business risk control;
2.Proficient in domestic/international regulations and compliance requirements for Hong Kong-listed companies, familiar with risk management theories and tools;
3.Strong data analysis, logical reasoning, and cross-departmental coordination skills; high sense of responsibility, stress resilience, and professional ethics.
