Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist to implement compliance processes relating to Traceability and Certifications of sustainable materials in all categories.
2. Monitoring of factory compliance with Caprice and customers’ traceability requirements, ensure all paper works are filled properly and collected on time.
3. Follow up factory to renewal audit on time , assist factory for the Corrective Action Plans, make sure all the issues are addressed properly, drive continuous improvement.
4. Maintain all compliance data in 3 Clicks and shared folder.
5. Drive communication, coordination, documentation, organization, and follow-ups with both internal and external contacts to meet company’s compliance requirement.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by compliance manager.
Requirements:
1. 1 year related experience in textile or garment manufacturing field or in a multinational corporation.
2. Knowledge about ethical sourcing compliance, quality management system or environmental sustainable system is preferred.
3. Good English communication skills both in verbal and written.
4. Experience in MS Office like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Self-Motivated, highly organized, with ability to work independently and efficiently.
6. High level of integrity and honesty.
