Job Description
- Execute flawlessly a variety of HR operational tasks include but not limited to Compensation and benefit management, offboarding management, HR system management, HR reporting, Leave and time off administration following documented regional, global and country-specific processes and procedures while delivering a positive employee experience
- Provide real-time support for escalated inquiries/transactions via case management tool
- Liaise with other HR, Digital and Payroll colleagues to seek guidance and/or input that will help in timely resolution of inquiries driving a positive colleague experience
- Provide feedback on procedures with a continuous improvement mindset
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Must Have:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Demonstrates customer orientation and excellent customer service skills
· Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve issues
· Proven written and verbal communication skills
· Must be a self-starter, independent, pro-active, courageous and self-motivated
· Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative
· Perform both as a team player and independent contributor
· Excellent attention to detail?to ensure work is thorough and accurate (e.g. keyboarding and proofreading skills)
· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential
· 1-3 years’ working experience with HR Shared Service or other HR related functions.

· Experience providing administrative support to a?team, preferably within Talent Acquisition
