• To manage marketing database and updating on a regular basis;
• To keep developing database to enhance information for target accounts;
• Support Business Units with regular and ad-hoc business analysis, improvement and data requests.

Macro Economy Intelligence

• To set up macro economy indicators and keep monitoring trends and provide company business impact analysis on regular basis;
• Keep tracking and collecting macro economy news and analytical articles and share with management with observations and analysis from company point of view;
• Closely follow up with government policy, ministry movement and association activity to identify opportunities for the company and provide suggestions and proposal.

Market and Industry Intelligence

• Follow up energy and electricity market and policy;
• Follow up nuclear safety policy;
• Follow up the potential new market area;

Events

• Contribute to the preparation/organization of seminars in China;
• Organization of nuclear industry conferences & exhibitions (such as NPI,NIC);
• Ensure FRAMATOME Corporate Graphic Guideline is implemented in China;

Corporate Wechat Account

• Interface with supplier to ensure the daily operation of the Wechat Account;
• Translation and 1st reviewer of the articles to be released by Wechat Account;
• Track the data of the Wechat Account.

Assistant Role
Administrative support to Framatome China Managing Director:

• Centralizing the organization of internal and external meetings and schedules, and ensuring that the FRAMATOME China Managing Director's travel arrangements are properly organized;
• Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for the FRAMATOME China Managing Director to use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations and etc.;
• Prepare documents: correspondence, expenses claims, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, presentations etc.;
• Interpretation and translation for FRAMATOME China Managing Director;

Other tasks assigned by FRAMATOME China Managing Director.
Education required
· Bachelor’s degree, majored in engineering (nuclear power related major preferred)
Experience required
· >3years working experience in marketing/Communication Department in multi-national company;
· Relevant experience of intelligence collection and analysis is a plus.
Qualifications required
· Knowledge in energy industry;
· Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese, French is a plus
· Able to work independently, self-motivated & proactive;
· Excellent Time management skills；
· Ability to work under pressure in a changing work environment.
· Good interpersonal skill and cross-functional skill;
· Strong Database and computer skills.
