崗位職責(zé):
1.According to the various requirements of the workshop and the arrangement of the group leader, participate in the production, quality, personnel, safety, original price, preservation, on-site, energy and other aspects of the work to ensure that the operation of key positions meets the requirements and complete the work tasks of the workshop with quality and quantity;
2.According to the requirements of the workshop, identify problems that affect assembly quality, assist the team leader to promote improvements, and enhance the quality process assurance ability;
3.According to the requirements of the work instructions, perform standard operations, and produce in accordance with process standards and quality standards to ensure safe production and stable quality in the team;

2.根據(jù)車(chē)間要求，識(shí)別影響裝配品質(zhì)問(wèn)題，協(xié)助班長(zhǎng)推動(dòng)改進(jìn)，提升品質(zhì)過(guò)程保證能力；
3.依據(jù)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)要求，執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)，按照工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，確保班組內(nèi)安全生產(chǎn)和品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定；
4.協(xié)助班長(zhǎng)對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中安全、品質(zhì)等問(wèn)題統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，問(wèn)題解決，橫展并標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，避免問(wèn)題復(fù)發(fā)；
任職要求:
1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction;
3.Execution ability: implement business work in accordance with the prescribed steps and strictly observe the completion date；
4.Have power battery assembly, bolt tightening, wire harness plug installation, abnormal production disposal, and other related professional skills；
5.Team adaptability and learning ability: can quickly integrate into the new environment, coordinate and communicate smoothly, quickly master the teaching knowledge, skills and methods, and operate independently.

5.團(tuán)隊(duì)適應(yīng)性和學(xué)習(xí)能力：能快速融入新環(huán)境，協(xié)調(diào)溝通順利，快速掌握教授知識(shí)，技能方法并獨(dú)立操作。
