This position is responsible for the cost accounting of the Vietnam factory, base in Xiamen, can accept regular business trips to Vietnam.
1. Maintain and control the Standard Cost in the EPR, including annual updates. Review B.O.M / Labor Rate /Overhead Rate periodically to ensure the standard cost is reasonable and accurate.
在ERP系統(tǒng)中維護(hù)和控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本，包括年度更新。定期審核物料清單（BOM）、人工費(fèi)率和間接費(fèi)用費(fèi)率，以確保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本的合理性和準(zhǔn)確性。
2. Perform month-end cost closing and provide relevant analyses, including product cost, variable and fixed overhead variances.
執(zhí)行月末成本結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)，并提供相關(guān)分析，包括產(chǎn)品成本、變動(dòng)及固定制造費(fèi)用差異。
3. Plant cost control and operating coordination, take lead of plant cost reduction.
?負(fù)責(zé)工廠成本控制與運(yùn)營協(xié)調(diào)，主導(dǎo)工廠成本降低工作?。
4. Be responsible for productivity performance, BOM and work order analysis, variances from standard with reasons for deviations and any requests from the management timely.
?負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)績效、物料清單（BOM）及工單分析，及時(shí)跟進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差異原因及管理層需求?。
5. Responsible for Inventory reconciliation to truly reflect inventory receive, consumption and ending balance, develop metrics to control inventory level.
負(fù)責(zé)庫存對賬，真實(shí)反映庫存收發(fā)、消耗及期末結(jié)余情況，并制定指標(biāo)控制庫存水平?。
6. Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventories. Analyze inventory discrepancies, propose improvement measures, and report regularly.
參與周期盤點(diǎn)與年度實(shí)物盤點(diǎn)，分析庫存差異，提出改進(jìn)措施并定期匯報(bào)?。
7. Account for inventory excess and obsolete (E & O) provisions in compliance with group policies, and perform root cause analysis.
根據(jù)集團(tuán)政策，負(fù)責(zé)庫存積壓與呆滯料（E&O）準(zhǔn)備金的核算，并開展根本原因分析?。
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree & above with at least 5 years of cost accounting or related experience.
本科及以上學(xué)歷，且具有至少 5 年的成本會(huì)計(jì)或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
良好的溝通能力及跨職能協(xié)作能力。
3. Good English communication skills, both written and oral.
良好的英語溝通能力，包括書面和口語。
4. Good MS-Office skill and ERP experience.
熟練的MS-Office技能和ERP經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5. Team player, pleasant and highly responsible work attitude.
