渠道銷售區(qū)域銷售電感變壓器電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路
崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)(新能源,汽車,工業(yè),服務(wù)器等),客戶的開(kāi)發(fā)和業(yè)務(wù)管理;
2、制定本區(qū)域的銷售計(jì)劃,達(dá)成公司制訂的銷售目標(biāo),確?？蛻舭雌诨乜?
3、對(duì)負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域內(nèi)的重要和關(guān)鍵客戶,制定拓展計(jì)劃并實(shí)施,促進(jìn)區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)和市場(chǎng)份額增長(zhǎng);
4、定期拜訪客戶,做好公司產(chǎn)品在客戶端的導(dǎo)入和跟進(jìn),價(jià)格談判,訂單管理,客戶需求預(yù)測(cè),等;
5、負(fù)責(zé)和區(qū)域內(nèi)代理商配合,做好渠道銷售管理;
6、協(xié)調(diào)FAE 做好客戶產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)支持,新項(xiàng)目和需求導(dǎo)入;
7、協(xié)調(diào)處理客戶的投訴、質(zhì)量等相關(guān)事項(xiàng),提高客戶滿意度:

9，可在廣州區(qū)域附近，如佛山、深圳、東莞遠(yuǎn)程辦公。
任職要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，3年以上電子行業(yè)營(yíng)銷相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、磁性材料與器件,電子元器件,半導(dǎo)體,電力電子,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷,等相關(guān)專業(yè),有行業(yè)資源和經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富者,條件可放寬；
3、責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓能力;具有較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)洞察能力、判斷和分析能力;有較強(qiáng)的溝通和談判能力;執(zhí)行力強(qiáng),富有敬業(yè)精神和挑戰(zhàn)精神；
4、善于自我管理,能承受較大工作壓力;較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)能力和良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí):熟練操作常用辦公軟件如 Word/Excel/powerpoint等: 良好的中英文書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力；
