Responsibility:
?Support U.S. real estate company with various daily administrative tasks
?Analyze industry client demands across various countries based on Sanfeng Turbine (SFT) products and establish connections through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and the SFT client database.
?Engage clients through calls and emails to introduce our services and identify potential sales opportunities.
?Develop budgets, quotations, and technical specifications in line with client requirements, along with any necessary follow-up clarifications.
?Complete additional assigned tasks that may extend beyond SFT’s core business.
?Regularly updating SFT product flyers.
?Attending international trade shows and preparing demonstration materials.
?Managing projects for confirmed orders, coordinating with departments to ensure client requirements are met.
?Overseeing export logistics, including drafting invoices, packing lists, and other essential documents.
