崗位職責(zé)：
Main Tasks：
1.建立穩(wěn)定、專業(yè)的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，為公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展做好知識和人才準(zhǔn)備;根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)情況，將技術(shù)工作分配給各工程師，并監(jiān)督實(shí)際實(shí)施；
Build up stable and professional engineering team, knowledge and talent preparation to fulfil company strategy development; distribution of engineering work to respective engineers according to company business status, and supervising the actual implementation;
2.負(fù)責(zé)詢價的可行性分析和成本計(jì)算，及時向銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)提供準(zhǔn)確的成本水平;不斷修改和開發(fā)成本計(jì)算工具，以提高計(jì)算的準(zhǔn)確性和速度；
Responsible for feasibility analyze and cost calculation of RFQ’s, provide accurate cost level on time to sales team; continue to modify and develop cost calculation tool in order to improve calculation accuracy and speed;
3.負(fù)責(zé)APQP流程，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目工程師確保項(xiàng)目管理滿足客戶/新項(xiàng)目的需求，包括實(shí)物樣品和PPAP文件，確保新項(xiàng)目順利投產(chǎn);在項(xiàng)目管理中不斷提高客戶滿意度；
In charge of APQP process, lead project engineering to ensure project management fulfil customer/new project demand, both physical sample and PPAP document, make sure new project successfully launch in production; continue to improve customer satisfaction in project management;
4.了解客戶的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范，將其正確地轉(zhuǎn)換到各部件的技術(shù)文件中；
Understanding customer standards and specifications, transfer them correctly to engineering document of each part;
5.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品和工藝研發(fā)，制定和改善設(shè)備的技術(shù)規(guī)范。
Be responsible for product and process research and development, and formulate and improve technical specifications for equipment.
6.負(fù)責(zé)新設(shè)備驗(yàn)收，支持設(shè)備采購。
Be responsible for the acceptance of new equipment and support equipment procurement.
7.制定并實(shí)施內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)文件，包括但不限于FEMA，控制計(jì)劃，流程圖等;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)工程師起草熱處理和表面處理的詳細(xì)工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn);如果標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有任何變化，確保及時更新；
Conduct and implement technical document for internal production process, including but not limited to FEMA, control plan, flow chart etc.; lead technology engineering to draft detail technological standard for heat treatment and surface treatment; ensure all standard update in time if there is any change;
8.在ERP系統(tǒng)中起草/維護(hù)產(chǎn)品BOM，維護(hù)ERP系統(tǒng)中BOM的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本;與財(cái)務(wù)一起調(diào)查是否發(fā)現(xiàn)STD費(fèi)用的問題；
Draft/maintain BOM of product in ERP system, maintain STD cost of BOM in ERP system; investigate together with Finance if indicate anything wrong with STD cost;
9.負(fù)責(zé)冷成型和搓絲的工裝設(shè)計(jì)，持續(xù)提高工裝的使用壽命，優(yōu)化工裝設(shè)計(jì);與生產(chǎn)車間緊密合作，支持生產(chǎn)效率提高活動;通過模具設(shè)計(jì)工程在車間支持SMED活動;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化冷成型和螺紋滾壓的工裝設(shè)計(jì)，準(zhǔn)備培訓(xùn)在此方面沒有類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)的工程師；
Responsible for tooling design of cold forming and thread rolling, continue to improve lift time of tooling and optimize tooling design; work closely with workshop and to support production efficiency improvement activities if anything need from technical perspective; Support SMED activity in the workshop by tooling design engineering; Standardize tooling design of cold forming and thread rolling, prepare to train no similar experience engineering for this area;
10.為客戶應(yīng)用提供必要的支持，并為客戶提供專業(yè)的產(chǎn)品功能建議；
Provide support during customer application if necessary and offer professional suggestion on product function to customer if needed;
11.為生產(chǎn)部門和布爾頓批準(zhǔn)的下級供應(yīng)商提供技術(shù)支持，以確保布爾頓的成功；
Provide technical support to manufacturing department and sub-suppliers which approved by Bulten if necessary for Bulten’s success;
12.配合和支持銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，研究/調(diào)查客戶需求，并從技術(shù)角度努力滿足客戶需求；
Cooperate and support sales team to conduct business development, study/investigate customer demand and try to fulfil it from technical perspective;
13.與供應(yīng)鏈部門合作，為新供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)提供技術(shù)支持；
Cooperate with supply chain department to offer technical support on new supplier development;
14.及時將技術(shù)信息匯報(bào)給直接經(jīng)理和其他部門，確保在業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展過程中不會出現(xiàn)工程問題；
Report and transfer the engineering information to direct manager and other departments on time to ensure there is no delay for engineering issue in business development;
15.必要時對其他員工進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，知識共享；
Give engineering training to other employees as necessary, knowledge sharing leader in the company;
16.積極參與客戶/第三方審核的準(zhǔn)備工作，確保在工程部工作范圍內(nèi)糾正所有偏差；
Take active part in preparation for customer/third party’s audit, ensure correct all deviation within engineering department work scope;
17.跟蹤客戶工程信息，更新行業(yè)/客戶技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
Trace the customer engineering information and industry/customer technical standards updating;
18.根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)要求接受出差和客戶拜訪；
Accept business trip and customer visit based on company business request;
19.靈活安排自己的工作，處理緊急優(yōu)先事項(xiàng)；
Arrange own work flexible to handle urgent/prioritized matters;
20.能夠滿足JD以外的緊急工作需求和臨時工作分配，并給予生產(chǎn)總監(jiān)和其他部門充分的工作支持；
Can meet urgent work requirement and temporary work assignments outside of JD, and will give full work support to production director and other departments;
21.必要時與布爾頓其他技術(shù)部合作。
Cooperate with engineering department in other Bulten units when necessary.
任職要求：
Professional Profile：
1.機(jī)械工程本科及以上學(xué)歷；
Mechanical engineering bachelor or above;
2.良好的溝通技巧和抗壓能力；
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;
3.至少10年汽車行業(yè)技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有緊固件行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Minimum 610years engineering experience in automotive industry, fasteners industry experience is plus;
4.流利的英語聽說讀寫能力；
Fluent English both in writing and oral.
5.熟練使用AutoCAD和MS office(word, excel)，數(shù)據(jù)庫；
Profession at AutoCAD and MS office( word, excel), database;
6.了解機(jī)械工程知識，冷鍛知識和計(jì)算。
Familiar with mechanical engineering knowledge, cold forging knowledge and calculation.
